There's a $75/month tech fee, which gives you access to extensive tools, compliance, marketing, and processing resources.

Most LOs are up and running within 

7–10 days. You only need to change your NMLS sponsorship once, our onboarding team will handle the rest across all active state licenses you hold to ensure a smooth, compliant transition.

We offer in-house marketing support, but you’re also free to bring your own marketing systems. You can use your growth and marketing ledger to help cover the cost of these tools.
